Tina Maze — Biography

Tina Maze, born on May 2, 1983, is a former Slovenian competitor in World Cup alpine skiing. Her athletic journey, which concluded with an outstanding achievement of two gold medals at the 2014 Winter Olympics, marks her as the most accomplished Slovenian skier to date. Maze's exceptional career was recognized with the honor of Slovenian Sportswoman of the Year on multiple occasions: 2005, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, and 2015. Furthermore, with a total of four Olympic medals, she holds the distinction of being the most decorated Slovenian athlete in the history of the Winter Games.
