Virve Reid — Biography

Virve Reid achieved national recognition when she graced the pages of Playboy magazine as its Playmate of the Month for June 1977. The iconic centerfold images were captured by the lenses of Grant Edwards and Phillip Dixon. Before her Playmate appearance, Virve, whose name is pronounced Veer-va, briefly worked as a Playboy Bunny at the esteemed Playboy Club in London. However, she ultimately decided to return to her roots, settling back in her hometown to pursue her passion for aromatherapy. In addition to her June 1977 Playboy US feature, she was also honored as Playboy France's Playmate of the Month for June 1977, and later as Playboy Japan's Playmate of the Month for July 1977.
