A.J. Cook — Biography

A.J. Cook, a Canadian actress and director, is widely recognized for her portrayal of "Special Agent Jennifer 'JJ' Jareau" on the CBS series CRIMINAL MINDS, which enjoyed a lengthy run. She is currently reprising her iconic role in CRIMINAL MINDS: EVOLUTION on Paramount+, set to enter its second season later this year. Cook has also taken on directorial responsibilities, having directed an episode of CRIMINAL MINDS: EVOLUTION this current season as well as one in season 14 of the original CRIMINAL MINDS series.
