Arianny Celeste, a Las Vegas, Nevada native, appeared on ten magazine covers and ten photo spreads, most notably posing for the November 2010 issue of Playboy.

Celeste launched her career as a UFC ring girl in 2006 when she made her debut at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Paradise, Nevada. Fighter's Only Magazine honored her as "2006 Ring Girl of the Year," the first of many accolades. She earned "2008 Ring Girl of the Year" at the inaugural World MMA Awards. Her success continued with back-to-back victories in 2009 and 2010, establishing her dominance in the category. At the 2011 World MMA Awards, she secured her fourth consecutive title, defeating Brittney Palmer. Her winning streak ended in 2012 when Palmer claimed the award, with Palmer winning again in 2013. Celeste reclaimed the title in 2014, bringing her total to five championships and setting a record.

The field of UFC compensation became a topic of discussion in 2015 when former bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey questioned whether ring girls were overpaid relative to fighters earning eighteen thousand dollars annually. Celeste responded by defending the profession's demands and criticizing Rousey's remarks.

Beyond the octagon, Celeste worked as a model for prestigious publications including Maxim, FHM, Sports Illustrated, and Fighter's Only Magazine. Sports Illustrated designated her "Lady of The Day" in February 2010, while Maxim dubbed her "The Hottest UFC Octagon Girl" and featured her on multiple Hot 100 lists from 2010 through 2014. Her November 2010 Playboy appearance became one of the year's top-selling editions.

Celeste hosted UFC Ultimate Insider, a weekly web-based show premiering in July 2010 alongside Joe Rogan, and served as co-host for the television series Overhaulin' across seven episodes between 2014 and 2015. She appeared as an octagon girl in multiple UFC video game titles.

Celeste engaged in various charitable endeavors. She participated in a Haiti earthquake relief fundraiser initiated by high school student Conner Cordova and co-organized a 2013 sports bra auction benefiting breast cancer research alongside other female fighters. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she established a GoFundMe campaign supporting medical equipment procurement for Las Vegas hospitals.
