Ayana Taketatsu — Biography
Hailing from Saitama Prefecture, Ayana Taketatsu is a notable Japanese voice actress and singer. Her career reached a significant peak with her portrayal of Azusa Nakano in the popular music anime K-On!. This pivotal role catapulted her to fame, and in the subsequent decade, she became a definitive voice for characters embodying the "little sister" trope. Among her memorable anime performances are Kirino Kousaka in Oreimo, Leafa (Suguha Kirigaya) in Sword Art Online, Nino Nakano in The Quintessential Quintuplets, Koneko Toujou in High School DxD, and Kotori Itsuka in Date A Live. Beyond her voice acting, Taketatsu has also pursued a singing career. She was a member of Hoko-kago Tea Time, the in-anime musical group from K-On!, before embarking on a successful solo journey with Pony Canyon. Additionally, she partnered with fellow voice actress Aoi Yuki to form the musical duo petit milady.
