Bobbi Brown — Biography

Bobbi Brown, also known at times as Bobbi Brown-Lane, has carved a niche for herself as an American actress, a figure in glamour modeling, and a past participant in beauty pageants. Her most iconic role is undeniably as the memorable young woman featured in Warrant's 1990 music video for "Cherry Pie." Brown's journey in pageantry began when she secured the Miss Louisiana Teen USA 1987 crown, subsequently representing her state in the Miss Teen USA 1987 competition, which was televised live from El Paso, Texas in July of that year. Her acting credits extend to television appearances, including a three-episode stint on Married... with Children, and film roles, such as her part in the 1993 movie Last Action Hero. In 2013, Brown collaborated with Caroline Ryder to pen her autobiography, titled Dirty Rocker Boys. More recently, in 2016, Brown played Lexxi's mother in Live from Lexxi's Mom's Garage, an acoustic live DVD by Steel Panther, gracing its album cover and also appearing in their music video for "She's Tight." It was during the filming of Warrant's "Cherry Pie" video that Brown first encountered Jani Lane, the band's lead singer (1964-2011). Lane and Brown exchanged vows on July 15, 1991. Their daughter, Taylar Jayne Lane, was born in 1992, and the couple's marriage concluded in divorce in 1993.
