Casey James, originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, and later relocating to Jacksonville, Florida, has graced the covers of 32 magazines, starred in 10 photosets, and participated in 22 videos before retiring during two different periods, first from 1994 to 2004 and then again from 2011 to 2022. During her adolescent years, James described herself as a bit of a "dork." By the time she reached high school, she had developed a D cup bust. Upon finishing high school at 18, she moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where she worked as a nanny.

In her 20s, Casey ventured into a career as a beautician but lost interest, stating she didn’t want to listen to women "bitch all day long." In the early 1990s, she made the decision to become an exotic dancer, adopting the stage name Jesse James. Observing a trend of dancers enhancing their appearances with breast implants, she opted to undergo the procedure herself. Shortly afterward, she entered the adult modeling arena, appearing in D-Cup and Bust Out! magazines in 1994. It wasn’t until two years later that she adopted the name Casey James.

In 1996, she joined the Miami-based Scoreland magazine as a centerfold and continued to be featured in both their videos and photo layouts until August 2003. During her time with Score, she had an official website but closed it down to focus on her iFriends venture. In 2005, she made an appearance on the Maury Povich Show alongside her boyfriend Hector and also participated in television features in Germany during the height of her modeling career. Throughout the remainder of the 2000s, she engaged with her fanbase through nude webcam sessions.

Making a return to modeling in 2011, Casey produced nude videos for BoobTrifecta.com, a site that showcased prominent big-bust centerfolds, including herself alongside Sofia Staks, Summer Cummings, and Dee Dee Deluxx. As she moved into her mid-40s, Casey partnered with her friend SaRenna Lee, and in 2013, they established SarCas Productions from Lee’s residence in Jacksonville, Florida. The duo focused on creating a production company dedicated to producing nude videos featuring both themselves and other well-known big-bust models and adult stars.
