Daniela Ruah — Biography
Daniela Ruah is a talented actress with roots in both America and Portugal, best known for her role as Special Agent Kensi Blye on the CBS series NCIS: Los Angeles. Prior to her break in Hollywood, she had already made a name for herself in her home country, where she starred in various television shows and films, including Blind Confession, Midnight Passion, and the soap opera Jardins Proibidos, as well as Inspector Max. Additionally, she participated in and won the Portuguese edition of Dancing with the Stars. Holding dual citizenship in the United States and Portugal, Ruah pursued her education at the London Metropolitan University before furthering her studies at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. In an interfaith ceremony on June 19, 2014, she married David Olsen, who is not only her husband but also the older brother and stunt double of her NCIS: Los Angeles co-star Eric Christian Olsen; Olsen identifies as Lutheran. Together, they have two children: a son named River Isaac Ruah Olsen, born on December 30, 2013, and a daughter named Sierra Esther Ruah Olsen, born on September 4, 2016.
