Debra Marshall — Biography
Debra Gale Marshall, previously known as McMichael and Williams, is an American who has retired from her career as a professional wrestling valet, wrestler, and actress. She gained prominence during her tenure with World Championship Wrestling (WCW) from 1995 to 1998, where she performed under the name Queen Debra, and later with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) from 1998 to 2002, simply as Debra. In 1992, she triumphed in the Mrs. Texas USA pageant held in Houston, Texas, which led to her participation in the National Mrs. USA pageant. Marshall embarked on her professional wrestling journey in 1995, initially supporting her husband Steve "Mongo" McMichael as he entered the ring in WCW. By 1998, she transitioned to the WWF, where she managed the tag team of Jeff Jarrett and Owen Hart until Hart’s untimely death in-ring in May 1999. Later that same year, she captured the WWF Women's Championship in an evening gown match against Sable. Throughout her time in the company, she also appeared alongside her second husband, Stone Cold Steve Austin, until their departure in 2002. Marshall was previously married to NFL and wrestling star Steve "Mongo" McMichael from 1985 until 1998 and to podcaster and wrestler "Stone Cold" Steve Austin from 2000 to 2003.
