Eirini Karastergiou — Biography

Eirini Karastergiou, born November 20, 1982, made her mark as a Greek swimmer, particularly in the backstroke disciplines. Her name was once etched in the Greek record books for both the 100-meter and 200-meter backstroke events. These achievements, however, were surpassed by Aspasia Petradaki and Stella Boumi, who broke both of Karastergiou's records in 2009.
