Giorgia Rossi — Biography

Giorgia Rossi is an Italian figure in journalism and broadcasting. Her educational path included studies at a scientific high school before she pursued law, though she did not finish her legal education. She later registered as a publicist with the Lazio order of journalists. At the young age of 20, Rossi began her professional career with the specialized channel Roma Channel. Her career progressed as she transitioned to Sky, and then to Rai Sport. Starting in October 2013, she joined Mediaset, serving as a correspondent for the television show Tiki-Taka. Her subsequent roles included working for Studio Sport, and eventually managing the pre and post-match coverage for the UEFA Champions League on Mediaset Premium. She also oversaw Domenica Premium, a Sunday morning program on Premium Sport that featured Serie A matches. Rossi hosted the pre and post-match segments for the 2018 FIFA World Cup on Mediaset and was a frequent contributor to the show Balalaika – Dalla Russia col pallone. In 2019, she began hosting "Pressing Champions League" on Italia 1, and in January 2020, she took on the hosting duties for "Pressing Serie A" on Rete 4. In June 2021, Rossi departed Mediaset to join DAZN.
