Hannah Spearritt — Biography

Hannah Louise Spearritt is a British performer, recognized for her contributions to both music and acting. She first rose to prominence as a founding member of the popular music ensemble, S Club. Later, Spearritt established a notable acting career, taking on memorable characters such as Abby Maitland in the science-fiction series Primeval, Mercedes Christie in the medical drama Casualty, and Kandice Taylor in the long-running soap opera EastEnders.

Spearritt has been candid about her personal journey with breast implants and the significant health challenges that followed. She underwent augmentation in 2013, but within six months, began to suffer a variety of ailments. These included losing hair, experiencing clouded vision, cognitive difficulties commonly referred to as brain fog, and profound exhaustion. She also described enduring panic attacks and requiring eighteen hours of sleep daily. Three years after the initial surgery, Spearritt had the implants removed, an experience she credits with enhancing her overall health. In late 2018, on December 20th, it was revealed that Spearritt had welcomed her first child, a daughter. In December of 2020, she shared the news of her second daughter's birth, both children were born during her relationship with Adam Thomas.
