Heather Rae Young appeared on 21 magazine covers and was featured in 21 separate photo spreads throughout her modeling career. By May 2024, she had cultivated a social media presence of 138,700 followers on TikTok. Her professional modeling work encompassed swimwear, glamour, and lingerie categories. She served as a brand ambassador for several major alcohol companies including Captain Morgan, Smirnoff, Baileys, and Jose Cuervo. Her portfolio included appearances in the 2010 Import Tuner calendar and the 2011 Fast Dates calendar, as well as participation in an advertising campaign for Affliction Clothing. Among her various modeling clients were Calao Swimwear, DSO Eyewear, Carrie Amber lingerie, Hustler Lingerie, Superstar Swimwear, and 7 Til Midnight Lingerie.
