Isabelle Carre — Biography

Born in 1971, Isabelle Carré is a celebrated French performer who has graced the silver screen in numerous acclaimed productions. Her extensive filmography, boasting over 70 titles since her debut in 1989, includes notable works such as "The Banned Woman" from 1996, "Beautiful Memories" released in 2002, and "Entre ses mains" in 2004. Carré's talent has been recognized with a César Award for Best Actress for her portrayal in "Se souvenir des belles choses" (2001). She has also earned six additional César nominations for her performances in "Beau fixe" (1992), "Le Hussard sur le toit" (1995), "La Femme défendue" (1997), "Les Sentiments" (2003), "Entre ses mains" (2005), and "Anna M." (2007). In August 2006, Carré wed film producer Bruno Pésery, with whom she raised three children: Antoine, a son born on October 11, 2008, and two daughters. The couple has since divorced. Notably, her brother, Benoît Carré, is a musician in the group Lilicub.
