Jessica Lowndes — Biography

Jessica Lowndes is a versatile Canadian actress, singer, and songwriter. Hailing from Vancouver, British Columbia, Jessica embarked on her acting journey early on, participating in a variety of television projects and films. She gained significant recognition for her role as the troubled teen Adrianna Tate-Duncan on the CW series "90210." Initially intended for a brief three-episode arc, the character quickly evolved into a vital part of the series, remaining a central figure throughout its five-season run.

In addition to her acting prowess, Lowndes has ventured into production, taking on the role of executive producer for eight projects, two of which she also wrote scripts and music for, in addition to acting. Her musical talents complement her acting career, as she has released numerous singles and albums, highlighting her soulful voice and songwriting capabilities. With over 30 original songs to her name, her single "Silicone in Stereo" notably peaked at #11 on the Billboard charts in both the U.S. and Canada.

Jessica has shared the screen with notable actors such as Will Ferrell and Kristen Wiig in Lifetime's "A Deadly Adoption," and took on the female lead in the action movie "The Prince," starring Bruce Willis and John Cusack. Over the past few years, she has appeared in over 15 projects for Lifetime, Hallmark, GAF, and Tubi, many of which featured original music she wrote and performed. Additionally, her duet "Alive," performed with co-star Jeremy Jordan for the film, made it into the top 15 on iTunes last year.

Jessica both wrote and starred in "Harmony From The Heart" for GAF and Hulu, featuring Jesse Metcalfe. Moreover, she was responsible for writing and producing the film's well-received original song "11:11," which achieved a peak position of #3 on the iTunes singer/songwriter chart. As of January 2026, Jessica Lowndes has gained a following of 800,000 on Instagram.
