Karen Duffy — Biography

Karen Duffy, often known by her nickname "Duff," has carved a multifaceted career as a writer, model, television personality, and actress. Her life's journey is marked by a unique blend of accomplishments, including her accreditation as a hospital chaplain, a past reign as Coney Island Mermaid Queen, and her inclusion in People Magazine's prestigious "50 Most Beautiful Women" list in 1993. In 1995, Duffy's life took a significant turn with her diagnosis of neurosarcoidosis, a rare manifestation of sarcoidosis affecting the nervous system.
