Katie Vernola — Biography
Katie Vernola is a professional off-road racing competitor, business entrepreneur, and social media personality with a degree in business marketing. Her early career was shaped during her high school years when she actively pursued modeling opportunities. At just eighteen years old, merely three months after her birthday, Hugh Hefner selected her as the centerfold for Playboy magazine's June 2010 issue, making her the youngest playmate ever featured in the publication. This recognition launched her into a successful modeling career that included work in various print media campaigns and several film appearances.
Vernola's genuine enthusiasm for automobiles and off-road driving led her to invest her earnings into purchasing a Polaris RZR 900. She then had the vehicle customized to competition specifications and began competing in the Lucas Oil Regional series, where she distinguished herself as one of a limited number of female competitors in the RZR 900 racing class. Since those early racing days, she has progressed to competing in a Prolite vehicle within the Lucas Oil Championship Off-Road Series and the Great American Off-Road Series. She also participates in extended off-road racing events with UTVs. Today, Vernola owns and operates a fabrication shop dedicated to constructing and maintaining her competition vehicles. When not actively racing or managing shop operations, she prioritizes physical and mental conditioning to maintain peak competitive performance. She was also recognized as Playboy Hungary's Playmate of the Month in September 2010 and Playboy Slovakia's Playmate of the Month in November 2010.
