Kei Mizutani — Biography

Kei Mizutani, born May 7, 1974, in Misawa, Aomori, Japan, is a Japanese actress and former model. Standing at 5'4" with black hair and brown eyes, she has been active in the entertainment industry since 1991. Mizutani is also known by the name Saori Fukuda and has the Japanese writing 水谷ケイ.
