Lara Flynn Boyle — Biography

Born on March 24, 1970, Lara Flynn Boyle is an American performer. Her breakthrough performance came as Donna Hayward in the memorable television series Twin Peaks, airing from 1990 to 1991. Following this, she took on the character of Stacy in Penelope Spheeris's popular comedy Wayne's World in 1992. Boyle then secured a central part in John Dahl's striking neo-noir film Red Rock West, released in 1993. Her career continued with notable appearances in the films Threesome (1994), Cafe Society (1995), and Happiness (1998). Later, from 1997 to 2003, Boyle captivated audiences as Assistant District Attorney Helen Gamble in the ABC series The Practice. This role earned her a prestigious nomination for a Primetime Emmy Award in the category of Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series.
