Leanna Decker, a native of Ashland, Kentucky, built a modeling career that included 48 cover appearances, 42 photosets, and 6 video productions across Playboy Plus, Holly Randall, and This Year's Model. She stepped away from the industry in 2020. During her active years, she earned recognition as Playboy Cyber Girl of the Week on July 4, 2011, was named Playboy Cyber Girl of the Month in November 2011, and received the title of Playboy Cyber Girl of the Year in 2012.
