Linda Gamble — Biography

Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on September 11, 1939, Linda Gamble is an American of Jewish heritage who gained recognition as a nude model. She was featured as Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month in April of 1960, with her prominent centerfold image captured by photographer Mario Casilli. Her acclaim continued as she was named the 1961 Playmate of the Year. Prior to her modeling career, Gamble worked as a secretary when she was first noticed by Playboy. She later transitioned to working as a Bunny at the Chicago Playboy Club. She went on to marry and raise six sons.
