Mallory Pugh — Biography

Mallory Diane Swanson, born Mallory Pugh on April 29, 1998, is a prominent American professional soccer player. She competes as a forward for the Chicago Red Stars in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL), the premier professional women's soccer league in the United States. Swanson also represents the United States women's national soccer team (USWNT). Her impressive achievements include becoming the youngest player in USWNT history to achieve ten career assists. Furthermore, she set the record for the most assists by any player in USWNT history before turning twenty. In January 2016, at just seventeen years old, she became the youngest player ever selected to participate in an Olympic qualifying tournament for the USWNT.
