This 20-year-old, identified as Kovalchuk, was last heard from on March 9th, when she informed associates of an invitation to a hotel gathering. Concerns for her welfare escalated when she failed to board a flight from Dubai to Thailand on March 11th, according to reports. Kovalchuk was reportedly located on March 19th exhibiting severe injuries, including a fractured spine and fractured limbs. Following immediate hospitalization, she underwent four surgical procedures. Dubai Police issued a statement confirming that the Ukrainian national, previously reported missing, was receiving medical attention with her family by her side. Their investigation indicated that the individual sustained serious injuries from a fall at a restricted construction site, which she had entered alone. The authorities emphasized their ongoing collaboration with the family and relevant bodies to offer support, while urging the public and media to avoid disseminating unverified details and to respect the privacy of the individual and her relatives during this difficult period. Kovalchuk’s family, however, has reportedly challenged the police's account, expressing disbelief that her injuries resulted from a fall at a construction site. The model had previously mentioned to an individual named Anna that she was staying with two men who presented themselves as representatives of the modeling industry. While there is speculation she attended a party, the promoter responsible for such events stated they had not seen her. Kovalchuk was ultimately found in the hospital in a grave state.
