Marian Stafford — Biography

Hailing from Houston, Texas, Marian Stafford achieved recognition as Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for March 1956. Her iconic three-page centerfold, a first for the publication, was captured by photographer Ruth Sondak. Beyond her modeling work for various men's magazines throughout the 1950s, Stafford also carved out a niche as a television personality during what is often referred to as television's "Golden Age." She became a familiar face on popular game shows, including Treasure Hunt and The $64,000 Question.
