Born in Perth on August 7, 1975, Megan Kate Gale is an Australian model and actress recognized for her significant presence in Italy and her home country. Her fame escalated through her starring role in commercials for Omnitel, later Vodafone Italy, from 1999 to 2006.
Gale, who hails from Parmelia, Western Australia, launched her modeling career after winning a local competition at eighteen. Her breakthrough came in 1999 when she was selected for a series of advertisements for Vodafone Italy, which significantly boosted her profile both internationally and in Australia. She continued to be the face of Vodafone advertising until 2006.
Beyond commercials, Gale has also ventured into acting, appearing in Italian films and television programs. Her acting credits include roles as Fatma in the 2014 film The Water Diviner and Valkyrie in the 2015 action film Mad Max: Fury Road.
