Meguru Ishii, born May 28, 1987, in Tokyo, Japan, is a Japanese actress and former gravure idol. Standing at 5'1" with measurements of 33-22-34, she was active in the entertainment industry from 2003 to 2010. Ishii is also known by her Japanese name, 石井めぐる.
