Monica Brant — Biography

Monica Brant, born October 26, 1970, is a prominent figure in professional bodybuilding, holding IFBB pro status in the figure division. Before her success in figure, she competed and excelled in fitness competitions, famously claiming victory at the 1998 Ms. Fitness Olympia. Brant's career also boasts a significant presence in the media; her image graced the cover of Muscle & Fitness magazine in November 1994, and by her own account, she has been featured on the covers of more than 100 international magazines.
