Paige Young — Biography

Paige Diane Lee Young was born on March 16, 1944, at the Griffith Park Maternity Center, which was situated at 1933 Griffith Park Blvd. This facility catered specifically to mothers who practiced the Christian Science faith. When Paige was just three years old, her parents, Donna LaRocca and Robert M. Cotterell, ended their marriage. In November 1968, Paige gained fame as Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month, with her centerfold shot taken by photographer Peter Gowland. Tragically, on April 7, 1974, she passed away at her residence in Los Angeles from a single gunshot wound, leaving her at the age of 30.
