Rita Sahatçiu Ora, known simply as Rita Ora, was born on November 26, 1990, in Pristina, now part of Kosovo. This talented singer and songwriter gained widespread recognition in February 2012 when she collaborated on DJ Fresh's hit single, "Hot Right Now," which soared to number one on the UK charts. Her first studio album, titled Ora, came out in August 2012 and also debuted at number one in the United Kingdom. This album featured two singles, "R.I.P." and "How We Do (Party)," which both topped the UK charts. In 2012, Ora achieved the distinction of having the most number-one singles on the UK Singles Chart, with three songs reaching the coveted top spot. In recognition of her contributions, she was appointed an Honorary Ambassador of Kosovo in 2015. Rita's sophomore album, Phoenix, was released in November 2018, and its lead single, "Your Song," made it into the UK top ten. Following that, the singles "Anywhere" and "Let You Love Me" both secured spots in the top five from the UK. With "Let You Love Me," she became the first British female solo artist to amass thirteen top ten hits in the UK. As of May 2025, Ora’s presence on social media has been substantial, with 3 million followers on TikTok and 4.21 million subscribers on YouTube.
