Rosa Caracciolo is a Hungarian naturalized Italian model and retired former pornographic actress, as well as wife of porn actor / director Rocco Siffredi. Rosa dedicated herself to beauty pageants from a young age, winning the titles of Jász-Nagykun Farsang in 1989 and that of Queen of Hungary in 1990 (ahead of Eva Henger).
