Rumika Fukuda, born in Tokyo, Japan on May 15, 2005, is a Japanese actress, gravure idol, and model of Asian ethnicity. Standing at 5'6" (167 cm), she has been active in her career since 2018. Fukuda is also known by her Japanese name, 福田ルミカ.
