Sarah Allen — Biography

Sarah Allen's competitive bodybuilding journey showcases a consistent presence in the IFBB circuit. In 2015, she placed 15th at the IFBB Musclecontest Pro Bikini and competed in the IFBB Dallas Pro. Her 2014 season saw her earn 11th place at the IFBB Arnold Amateur. The preceding year, 2013, was marked by strong showings, securing second place at the IFBB All Female Classic Open Bikini Tall and the FitX IFBB Open Bikini Tall, in addition to an 11th place finish at the IFBB Australasian Open Bikini Tall. In 2012, Allen achieved second place at the IFBB QLD State Championships in the Open Bikini division, followed by fourth place at the IFBB Australasian Open Bikini and fourth at FitX Melbourne IFBB Open Bikini. Her 2011 season included a second-place finish in the Open Bikini category at the IFBB QLD Championships.
