Saskia Howard-Clarke is a British model and television personality known for her appearance on the sixth season of the UK reality series Big Brother. Hailing from London, she worked as a model and promotions girl. With a heritage that includes a quarter-Sri Lankan ancestry, Saskia won a beauty pageant in her childhood. Her romantic history includes relationships with notable figures such as an Olympic swimmer and a Premier League footballer. In the Big Brother 6 series, she was the fifth contestant to be evicted after a public vote led to her and fellow housemate Maxwell being nominated for elimination.

Saskia had a romantic link with Adam Nowland, a football player for Nottingham Forest, and also had an on-again, off-again relationship with Scott Bennetts, who plays for Met Police. Her connection with Bennetts began after his breakup with Girls Aloud member Cheryl Cole. On Big Brother's Little Brother, Saskia's friend Jenny Hendy mentioned that Maxwell did not fit Saskia’s usual preference for tall, dark, and handsome men. Nevertheless, after their time on the show, Saskia and Maxwell began cohabitating in Kingston. Following her eviction, in a conversation with Davina McCall, Saskia expressed a desire to pursue a romantic relationship with Maxwell beyond friendship. She was unconcerned regarding any romantic developments between Maxwell and housemate Orlaith, famously stating, "why go for the cheeseburger, when there's steak at home."

Despite moving in together, Saskia and Maxwell eventually parted ways. At the time of entering the Big Brother house, she wore a 34FF bra size. Shortly after leaving, her bust size increased to a 34G, and by spring 2006, she revealed in an interview with Nuts magazine that she had grown to an H cup. Her breast size continued to increase, reaching a 32J by March 2010. In April 2010, she announced her decision to undergo breast reduction surgery, intending to reduce her bust size to a DD cup.
