Tara Reid is an American actress and model who has appeared in numerous films and television productions. She is best known for portraying Vicky across three installments of the American Pie franchise, specifically in American Pie released in 1999, American Pie 2 from 2001, and American Reunion in 2012. She also took on the role of Bunny Lebowski in The Big Lebowski in 1998. Beginning her career with a film debut in A Return to Salem's Lot in 1987, Reid went on to appear in various movies including Urban Legend, Dr. T & the Women, Josie and the Pussycats, Van Wilder, My Boss's Daughter, and Alone in the Dark throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Reid's television work expanded to include a reality travel series called Taradise on the E! network in 2005 and participation in the British reality competition Celebrity Big Brother 8 in 2011, where she finished in eighth place. Her most notable recent television role came in 2013 when she starred as April Wexler in Sharknado, a role she reprised in five subsequent sequels released between 2013 and 2018.

Reid has been candid about undergoing cosmetic procedures. In a 2006 interview with Us Weekly, she disclosed that she had liposuction performed to address uneven breasts and achieve a defined abdominal appearance for an upcoming film role. The initial procedure resulted in complications, prompting her to consult with plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Svehlak, who performed a doughnut mastopexy to correct the previous augmentation and conducted additional liposuction to improve her midsection.

Reid also faced public scrutiny following an incident on November 4, 2004, at Sean "P. Diddy" Combs's thirty-fifth birthday celebration in New York, where a portion of her dress shifted during red carpet photography. In response, she filed a lawsuit in 2005 against the developers of the Sky Las Vegas Condominiums project for using an advertisement referencing the incident, claiming it damaged her reputation and misrepresented her character. Model work rounded out her career, with appearances in Playboy in February 2010 and Maxim in 2002.
