Tiarah Lue Blanco, born May 5, 1997, is a professional surfer hailing from San Clemente, California. Her impressive competitive record includes two consecutive gold medals at the International Surfing Association (ISA) Open Women's World Surfing Championship, first in 2015 and again in 2016.
Blanco entered the world on May 5, 1997, in Puerto Rico. Her heritage is a blend, with her mother bringing Filipino roots and her father contributing Italian, Irish, and French ancestry. She has a sister named Aja, and the two were raised in the Christian faith.
