Traci Topps grew up in Houston, Texas before deciding to leave after completing high school. She spent approximately a year traveling and working various temporary positions before concluding this period was not leading anywhere substantial. This prompted her return to her native city to seek permanent employment.

Upon reconnecting with her hometown community, she encountered a dancer named Topsy Turvy whose encouragement led her to pursue dancing as a career. During this transition, Traci underwent her initial breast augmentation surgery. Through her work in dancing, she eventually met a man involved in adult film production who became her first spouse. He persuaded her to appear in several of his films.

After roughly a year engaged in dancing, Traci began receiving offers to pose for prominent publications specializing in full-figured women, including Score magazine. She additionally served as a public relations associate for Danni Ashe during a brief collaboration on a website venture called The Fantasy Cafe, where she was credited as Busty Dusty. Her career in feature dancing and modeling concluded in the summer of 1998.

Subsequent reports suggest that Traci married a partial owner of Scoreland and relocated to England with him. In later years, she elected to have her breast implants surgically removed.
