Her entry into adult entertainment began through promotional work for the drink Hypnotiq, which led her to register on a modeling website that offered adult opportunities. Shortly after, within a month, she was approached by a representative from L.A. Models.

Trina made her adult film debut in May 2004, starring alongside Joey Ray in Jack's Playground #19.
