Zoe Quinn, born in the United States on August 13, 1987, is an American programmer. Previously active as an adult model, Quinn has also been known by the names Chelsea Van Valkenburg, Locke Valentine, and Zoe Tiberius Quinn. They have been actively working in their fields since 2006.
