Bo Bragason — Biography

Bo Bragason has garnered recognition for her contributions to the 2024 productions of Renegade Nell and The Radleys, as well as the 2021 film Censor. Before these notable projects, she delivered a powerful and commanding performance in the play FORCE MAJEURE at the renowned Donmar Warehouse. Her talent was further celebrated with an 'Award of Excellence' bestowed upon her for her portrayal in the short film THROUGH THE DUNES. Bragason's acting portfolio also features CENSOR, where she shared the screen with Niamh Algar. She portrayed the character 'Rachel' in the critically acclaimed BBC drama THREE GIRLS, which earned a BAFTA award. Additionally, she appeared as 'Lynn' in series 9 of the JIMMY MCGOWAN 'MOVING ON' series and lent her voice to 'Young Luna' in the animated feature film FINAL FANTASY XV. Her paternal lineage traces back to Iceland, while her maternal side has Scottish roots. Born in Sussex, Bragason experienced her formative years in Luxembourg and France before relocating to Cheshire at the age of ten.
