À propos de Bridget Marquardt
Bridget Christina Marquardt is an American television personality, model, and actress, born in Tillamook, Oregon. She gained recognition primarily for her role in the hit television series, The Girls Next Door, which showcased Hugh Hefner's three companions: Holly Madison, Kendra Wilkinson, and herself. After spending her early years in Tillamook, Oregon, Bridget's family returned to California shortly after her birth. Her parents eventually divorced, and her mother remarried. Bridget grew up with her mother and younger brother at their stepfather's ranch. She attended Galt High School during her freshman and sophomore years before transferring to Lodi High School, where she graduated in 1990, just two months past her 17th birthday.
A few of her male friends suggested that she consider modeling for Playboy. Intrigued, Bridget reached out to Playboy to learn about becoming a Playmate. Afterward, she enrolled at San Joaquin Delta Junior College and later graduated with an Associate of Arts degree. She then transferred to California State University, Sacramento, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications with a focus on public relations. In 1998, at the age of 25, she participated in Playboy's Millennium Playmate search. Following a successful photo shoot, she was invited to the Playboy Mansion for a second test shoot.
In 2001, after obtaining her Master's Degree in Communications from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California, Bridget moved to Los Angeles. She quickly caught the attention of modeling and acting agents, landing small roles in films, soap operas, and graduate projects. During this time, she began attending gatherings at the Playboy Mansion and developed friendships with several of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends. By March 2002, Bridget officially moved into the Mansion and became one of Hefner's girlfriends.
Her appearances on the E! show The Girls Next Door solidified her fame, and she was featured in Playboy magazine's November 2005 issue, as well as the September 2006 edition. Bridget also acted in films, including the horror/comedy Kottentail, where she played a scientist conducting genetic research on rabbits. In 2005, she guest-starred on an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm alongside Holly Madison and Hefner. Furthermore, she appeared in the episode of Celebrity Paranormal Project that aired on November 19, 2006, where she reported having the strongest connection with ghosts among the cast. Her enthusiasm for the supernatural led her to take an online course focused on paranormal studies. Before her rise to prominence, Bridget was named the Playboy Cyber Girl of the Week on November 4, 2002. She co-hosts the podcast Girls Next Level with Holly Madison. As of April 2024, she boasts 486,000 followers on Instagram and 34,200 subscribers on her YouTube channel.
