Carrie Bickmore OAM is an Australian TV host, presenter and radio host, she is best known for co-hosting the TV news-current affairs-entertainment program The Project (formerly The 7PM Project) from 2009 until her departure from the show in 2022, which in 2015 she won the TV Week Gold Logie Award for Most Popular Personality on Australian Television. She is also known for hosting the "Carrie @ the News Desk" segment (similar to SNL's "Weekend Update") on the TV variety show Rove Live from 2006 to 2009. Since 2017, she currently co-hosts the nationally-syndicated afternoon drive radio show Carrie & Tommy on the Hit Network. She was previously the breakfast newsreader for the radio show Hughesy & Kate (on Nova 100 at the time) from 2007 to September 2009.
