Chyler Leigh, born Chyler Leigh West, is a multifaceted American talent recognized for her work as an actress, singer, and model. Her early career included a memorable role as Janey Briggs in the 2001 comedic film "Not Another Teen Movie." Leigh later gained widespread recognition for her portrayal of Lexie Grey in the popular ABC medical drama "Grey's Anatomy," appearing on the show from 2007 to 2012.
