Colleen Farrington — Biography

Colleen Leigh Violet Farrington, born on August 5, 1936, and passing on October 12, 2015, was an American model, a Playboy Playmate, and a nightclub singer. She is recognized as the mother of actress Diane Lane. In October 1957, she earned the title of Playmate of the Month. Farrington was married to acting coach Burton Eugene Lane, but the couple divorced in 1965, shortly after the birth of their daughter, Diane Lane, who would later become an Academy Award-nominated actress. Eventually, she moved to Georgia and entered into marriage with Lawrence Price.
