Donna Michelle — Biography

Donna Michelle Fick was born on December 8, 1945, in Los Angeles, California. She became one of the select few Playmates who were photographed at the age of 17, although her pictorial did not appear until she turned 18. At that age, she earned the title of Playmate of the Year, making her the youngest individual to receive this honor. A talented pianist, drama contest winner, and trained ballerina with the prestigious New York City Ballet, Donna Michelle embraced her life in the limelight. Reflecting on her training, she shared, “I studied Russian ballet for seven years and have worked as a dancer in the New York City Ballet. I also had some movie roles as a child.” With a background that includes Russian, Swedish, and German heritage, she aspired to act in reputable theater productions. Tragically, Donna passed away on April 9, 2004, in Ukiah, California, after suffering a heart attack while shopping. She was 58 years old.
