Born in Geneva, Switzerland, in 1992, Ellen Batelaan's early life unfolded entirely within her native country, marked by a striking appearance that led to an early foray into modeling. By age 19, in 2011, she entered the Miss Switzerland competition, securing the position of first runner-up. This achievement opened doors, leading to a contract with Swiss television channel Léman Bleu, where she began her career as a weather presenter. Her regular presence on screen introduced her to the Swiss populace, paving the way for celebrity status.
