Emmanuelle Chriqui — Biography

Emmanuelle Chriqui entered the world in Montreal, Quebec, born to Moroccan Jewish parents Liliane Benisty and Albert Chriqui. When she was two years old, her family relocated to Toronto. At age ten, she secured a spot in a McDonald's advertisement. Later, she moved to Vancouver where she made guest appearances on various television programs including Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Forever Knight, Once a Thief, and PSI Factor: Chronicles of the Paranormal. Her initial foray into Hollywood came through Detroit Rock City in 1999. The role that established her career came in 2000 with Snow Day, where she portrayed the alluring character Claire Bonner. In 2006, she featured in the music video for rock band Hinder's single Lips of an Angel. Throughout her career, she took on numerous film roles and earned a DVD Exclusive Award nomination for Best Actress for her work in 100 Girls, released in 2000. She also appeared in the 2005 film Adam and Eve alongside Cameron Douglas. Chriqui gained considerable recognition playing the character Sloan on the HBO series Entourage beginning in 2004, and later starred with Adam Sandler in You Don't Mess with the Zohan in 2008. She returned to her Entourage role for the 2015 film adaptation. With Moroccan Jewish heritage, Chriqui maintains a significant social media presence with approximately 769,000 Instagram followers as of January 2026.
