Felicity Jones, hailing from Birmingham, United Kingdom, has graced the covers of 20 magazines and participated in 20 photoshoots. Her journey in professional acting began at the young age of 12 with her role in The Treasure Seekers (1996). She later portrayed Ethel Hallow in the television series The Worst Witch, along with its follow-up, Weirdsister College. On the radio, she took on the character Emma Grundy in the BBC's long-running drama, The Archers. In 2008, Jones showcased her talents in the Donmar Warehouse's production of The Chalk Garden.
Since 2006, she has appeared in a variety of films, including Northanger Abbey (2007), Brideshead Revisited (2008), Chéri (2009), The Tempest (2010), The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014), and True Story (2015). Her performance in the 2011 film Like Crazy received widespread acclaim, earning her several awards, including a special jury prize at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival. In 2014, her role as Jane Hawking in The Theory of Everything was also highly praised, leading to nominations for several prestigious awards, including the Golden Globe, SAG, BAFTA, and Academy Award for Best Actress. The following year, she starred in the adventure-thriller Inferno, the fantasy drama A Monster Calls, and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, where she played the role of Jyn Erso.
