Gayle Moher — Biography

Born on April 7, 1957, Gayle Moher is a prominent figure in professional bodybuilding, holding both British and American citizenship. She is widely recognized within the American-British female bodybuilding community, her career extending over many years and encompassing numerous international competitions. Moher, a bodybuilder from the United Kingdom, actively participated in contests from 1995 to 2010, securing top placements in a variety of events. These included notable contests such as the Jan Tana Classic and the Southwest USA Pro Cup. Her most significant victory occurred in 1999 when she achieved first place at the Jan Tana Classic. This achievement was particularly noteworthy as she had already competed three times earlier that same year. In more recent times, Moher has established her own fitness and wellness establishment, Gayle Moher’s Face and Bodyworks, where she dedicates herself to mentoring aspiring female bodybuilders.
