Ginnifer Goodwin, born Jennifer Michelle Goodwin on May 22, 1978, is an American performer who has left her mark on both television and film. She gained significant recognition for her portrayal of Margene Heffman in the acclaimed HBO drama Big Love, a role she held from 2006 to 2011. Later, she captivated audiences as Snow White, also known as Mary Margaret Blanchard, in the ABC fantasy series Once Upon a Time, which aired from 2011 to 2018.
Beyond these prominent television endeavors, Goodwin has showcased her versatility in a range of films. Her cinematic work includes a part in the 2003 drama Mona Lisa Smile, and she contributed to the 2005 musical biopic Walk the Line.
