Isabella Rossellini — Biography

Isabella Rossellini, an Italian-American talent, has carved a significant path as an actress, author, and former model. Her lineage is illustrious, being the daughter of the iconic Swedish actress Ingrid Bergman and the acclaimed Italian film director Roberto Rossellini. Rossellini is widely remembered for her highly successful and influential period as a spokesmodel for Lancôme. Her acting career truly launched into the spotlight with her pivotal performance in David Lynch's 1986 film Blue Velvet, a role that earned her the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Lead. Her filmography extends to numerous other noteworthy projects, including Cousins (1989), Wild at Heart (1990), Death Becomes Her (1992), Fearless (1993), Wyatt Earp (1994), Big Night (1996), Roger Dodger (2002), Infamous (2006), Two Lovers (2008), Enemy (2013), Joy (2015), and the recently released La chimera (2023).
